Abstract

The phrase "omega-3" refers to a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential for both physical growth and illness prevention. According to relevant scientific research, Omega-3 has a certain effect on puberty, its role is very important, and it may cover most of the characteristics of puberty. Through research, omega-3 intake has a profound impact on all aspects of adolescents, and most adolescents are deficient in omega-3.
