Abstract
本実験ではLEDを唯一の光源とし，第一本葉展開後のナス，リーフレタス，ヒマワリに，青，青緑，緑，赤色の単色光を50， 100， 150μmol m-2 s-1のPPFDで照射した．単色光照射開始から，25日後にナス，リーフレタス，42日後にヒマワリの生長を調査した．主茎の伸長は，ナス，ヒマワリにおいて青色光で顕著に促進され，他の単色光ではほとんど促進されなかった．リーフレタスの主茎伸長は，赤，緑，青緑色光の順に促進されたが，青色光では著しく抑制された．また，照射した単色光により全葉長に占める葉柄長の割合は植物種ごとに変化し，単色光照射による植物の生長反応は種により大きく異なった．
