Abstract

The effects of a 20% ethanol extract of Isatis cappadocica on humoral immune responses in rabbits and mice were studied. After intraperitoneal injection of 0.25 and 0.5 g/kg, a dose-dependent effect was observed. In particular, the dose of 0.25 g/kg suppressed the primary immune responses, while the dose of 0.5 g/kg stimulated the secondary immune responses.
