Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on the clinical effectiveness, psychological status and quality of life about patients with Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). Methods 96 elderly patients with GERD treated June in 2015 and January in 2016 were selected by the same period random method.According to the random number table, the patients were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups, there were 48 cases in each group.The patients of control group was given to routine nursing, and the patients of experimental group was given to personalized nursing, Comparing with Psychological status and scores of quality of life between the two groups. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing care, the score of SDS(48.33±3.17)and SAS(45.25±3.02)in the Test group was lower than those of control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). In the Test group, Quality of life dimensions, such as physical pain(85.22±6.77), emotional function(84.29±10.22), vitality(78.28±6.97)and social function(89.78±11.18)and so on.The scores of these were all higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Applying Personalized nursing to patients with Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)can effectively improve their psychological status and quality of life and promote the effect of treatment.
