Abstract

Upon the improvement of Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) techniques, successful pregnancy can be achieved by using sperm which is obtained directly from the testicle of an azoospermic man. It is considered that the duration of incubation of thawed testicular sperm may affect the pregnancy and implantation rates. The aim of this study is to compare the effects of short and long incubation periods on the outcome of frozen-thawed testicular sperm patients.
