Abstract
Purpose/Objective: Following a study of radiation dose-volume effects on growth hormone (GH) secretion, we investigated dose effects using equivalent uniform dose (EUD) delivered to the hypothalamus. We correlated the EUD to peak GH secretion after conformal radiotherapy (CRT) in children with localized primary brain tumors.
