Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of general intervention iatreusis to the treatment compliance of the patients suffered chronic heart failure. Methods 80 patients suffered chronic heart failure were randomly assigned to experiment and control group, each group is 40 cases. The experiment group received general intervention measurement including healthy education, psychological guidance, rehabilitative exercise etc; the control group received conventional nursing care, the Effect of treatment compliance was assessed after following up them for half a year. Treatment compliance behavior was divided into completely obey, partly obey, and un-obey. The completely obey and partly obey were calculated into treatment compliance. The statistical data was analyzed and compared in the two groups. Results The treatment compliance rate of experiment group is 95% , the control group is 65%. The differences was significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions The general intervention measurement can significantly improve the treatment compliance of the patients suffered chronic heart failure, and promote them rehabilitating.
