Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of gabexate mesilate in patients with acute pancreatitis and the clinical value of computed tomography in evaluating the therapeutic effects. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with somatostatin combined with gabexate, while the control group was treated with somatostatin only. The treatment outcome and recovery time of clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Pancreatic image and pancreatic grading were observed by CT detection imaging system. The application value of CT in evaluating the therapeutic effects of acute pancreatitis were also discussed. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy, recovery time of clinical indicators and pancreatic grading of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). The incidence of pancreatic size, pathological changes, other symptoms and peripheral invasion in the control group was lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusions Gabexate mesilate can achieve the ideal effects in patients with acute pancreatitis, and CT has a high value in evaluating the therapeutic effect.
