Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of flupentixol-melitracen (FM) and rabeprazole on patients with non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) with anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 87 patients with NERD complicated by anxiety and depression, who were treated in Puyang Anyang Regional Hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-three patients in monotherapy group were given reazolazole and psychological guidance. Forty-four patients in combined group were treated with FM on the basis of treatment for monotherapy group. The efficacy and condition of anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared 1 month after treatment. Results Symptom scores, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores in combined group were lower than those in monotherapy group 1 month after treatment, but the total effective rate was higher than that in monotherapy group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions FM combined with rabeprazole can improve the symptoms and emotion of NERD patients with anxiety and depression, with better therapeutic effect. It is worth promoting in clinic. Key words: Fluperthiazide medrotichin; Non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease; Anxiety; Depression
