Abstract

This study aims to clarify the relationship among emotional leadership, job stress, and resignation for efficient personnel management of nurses This study has been conducted on 230 nurses who worked at general hospitals in C-dos understanding the objective of this study and agreeing to participate in it from March 1st to April 21st, 2019. RMR, GFI (Goodness of Fit Index 0.9), NFI (Normed Fit index 0.8), and CFI (Comparative Fit Index 0.9) were used to verify goodness-of-fit of model. According to the result of study, t-value of structured equation model turned out to be higher than 1.965 Secondly, according to the result of multi-group analysis with structured equation, influence of job stress among groups with high level of emotional leadership on resignation in the hospital was .351 followed by .95 for those with low level of emotional leadership. Emotional leadership is expected to reduce job stress among nurses and also resignation rate at the same time.
