Abstract

目的 探讨长时间深低温低流量(DHLF)体外循环对幼犬脑组织的影响及尼莫地平对脑部的保护作用. 方法半岁健康杂种犬12只,随机分为二组:对照组进行120min深低温低流量体外循环;实验组在深低温低流量的同时,颈动脉给予尼莫地平15μg·kg-1·h-1.每组动物术后检测脑组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC);术后脑组织电镜检测. 结果实验组动物脑组织MDA、SOD、和TAOC分别为(5.83±1.99)nmol·mg-1·prot-1、(322.13±54.09)NU·mg-1·prot-1和(1.762±0.717)U·mg-1·prot-1;对照组为(11.27±4.51)nmol·mg-1·prot-1、(262.28±32.23)NU·mg-1·prot-1和(0.983±0.026)U·mg-1·prot-1,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后脑组织电镜检测提示2组动物都有脑部损害,以对照组为重. 结论长时间深低温低流量体外循环会对幼犬脑组织造成损害;运用尼莫地平可起到脑保护作用,减轻长时间DHLF造成的脑损害。
