Abstract

To achieve a successful cryopreservation and in-vitro maturation (IVM) of Germinal vesicle (GV) stage oocytes, synchronization of nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation is critical. The aim of this study is to evaluate whether cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) modulator treatment can improve the outcomes of vitrification and IVM of GV oocytes.
