Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive intervention on treatment compliance and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 104 patients with rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic surgery in this hospital From April 2015 to December 2016 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the intervention group and the control group, 52 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.Patients in the intervention group were given cognitive intervention.The psychological mood and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Cognitive intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with nasosinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic surgery, reduce postoperative complications, and the nursing effect is satisfactory, which has the value of popularization and application.
