Abstract

Open-field behavior including ambulation, rearing, defecation and urination were observed in naive rats during a 10 min session each day for 6 consecutive days following administration of D (chlordiazepoxide, 30 mg/kg, p. o.) to Group DD and of S (saline) to Group SS. Group DS received the same dose of D for the first 4 days and S for the last 2 days, while the drug sequence was reversed for Group SD.
