Abstract
キトサンを土壌中に0.1%あるいは0.5%混和処理した後にイネ及びダイズを植え付け,それらの茎葉部の生育経過を調査した.イネは,無施肥区ではキトサン処理により草丈や葉齢などの生育促進やSPAD値の上昇が見られたが,施肥区では生育に差異は見られなかった.ダイズは,キトサン処理により本葉の葉位などの初期生育は促進されたが,その後は差異が見られなくなった.またイネとは異なり,キトサン処理の影響は施肥により変化は見られず,作物によって処理による地上部生育への影響は異なると考えられた.
