Abstract
目的 探讨临床护理路径在气管支架置入术中的应用效果.方法 将72例实施气管支架置入术的住院患者随机分成两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组按照护理路径表进行护理.结果 观察组平均住院日(9.14±1.99)d,术后并发症11.1%,均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理质量和健康教育满意率明显提高.结论 将临床护理路径引入气管支架置入术可以降低患者的平均住院日,减少并发症的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,提升护理服务的质量。
