Effects of additive NH3 with citric acid in the precursor and controlling the deposited thickness for growing molybdenum oxide crystals and nanorods

Abstract

In recent years, researchers have successfully formed fine single crystal-like α-MoO3 nanorods on substrate using metal–organic decomposition method. In this study, the researchers found that the NH3 additive effects with citric acid in the precursor for growth the nanorods.
