Abstract

Being a new teacher is not that easy especially when one is not good at adapting to a change of environment. This is why induction training is being conducted and implemented every time a recruit did makes it through. Throughout the years, all the induction training methods being formulated focus themselves a lot with objective goals that can wait. The real purpose on why this training is held vanished and got covered already by the institutions' thirst to immediately train, train, train their recruits. That results in new workers not lasting for more years than one, however, adding up to the institution's problems. What got wrong is that the induction training methods miss another goal to make better and that is the well-being of the recruits because making it more personal is taking the time to touch recruits' hearts. To make the training methods more personal is to lengthen the chance of long term retention of employees as well. The study revolves around this issue. With the incorporation and a closer look into the work routines of a new teacher in Porais High School being subjected as well by the monitoring method and many more. The study explained how differing personalities, San Jose City, Philippines. affect one's reaction to these methods which makes it a reason why a more personal induction training method is needed. In the end, the point is that every people, including teachers, suffer from some kind of anxiety and fear whenever met with a new environment not only because of adjusting but also because they have turn out of their comfort zones. This is why induction training programs are needed in the first place.
