Abstract
Two studies were conducted to investigate the effects of the peatocracx game on the political attitudes of junior high school students. The game produced marked increases in the students' acceptance of the practice of log-rolling by.00ngressmen. In one of the studies it also increased the students' feelings of political efficacy. ( The game did not increase the students' interest in politics and the legislative process.
