Abstract

Agile approaches mostly originate from the software branch and are based on its culture, thus creating various challenges in the culture of mechatronic system development. The approach of ASD - Agile Systems Design is based on 9 core principles for agile mechatronic system development. The operationalization of these principles leads to a situation- and demand-oriented degree of agility in the development process. For the purposeful implementation of the agile core principles, the effects they cause in the development process are to be understood and their interdependency examined.
