Abstract
Importance of the problem: treatment efficiency improving in patients with multidrug-resistant destructive pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR).Aim. To study the complex treatment effectiveness in patients with destructive MDR with implementation of Glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine disodium (GCGD) immunomodulator.Methods and results. On the basis of standard chemotherapy course main treatment effectiveness parameters have been estimated of 30 patients who were treated with implementation of GCGD on the basis of standard chemotherapy course and 30 patients who were treated with standard chemotherapy course alone.Conclusion. Complex treatment of patients with destructive MDR with implementation of GCGD immunomodulator on the basis of standard chemotherapy course for immunity state correction allows to increase effectiveness of treatment by 33,3%.

Підвищення ефективності лікування хворих на деструктивний мультирезистентний туберкульоз легень (МРТБ) – доволі актуальна проблема. Эффективность применения иммуномодулятора глутамин-цистинил-глицин динатрия в комплексном лечении больных деструктивным мультирезистентным туберкулёзом лёгких А. Повышение эффективности лечения больных деструктивным мультирезистентным туберкулёзом лёгких (МРТБ) – актуальная проблема. С целью изучения эффективности комплексного лечения больных деструктивным МРТБ с включением в противотуберкулёзную химиотерапию иммуномодулятора глутамин-цистинил-глицин динатрия (ГЦГД) проведена оценка основных показателей эффективности лечения: у 30 больных, которые получали на фоне полихимиотерапии ГЦГД, и 30 больных, получавших только полихимиотерапию. Установлено, что проведение у больных деструктивным МРТБ коррекции нарушений состояния иммунитета путем назначения в комплексном лечении на фоне полихимиотерапии иммуномодулятора ГЦГД способствует повышению эффективности лечения на 33,3%.
