Abstract

The results of operative treatment of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis in 96 children aged from 3 to 12 years are presented. The control group consisted of 52 patients who had traditional surgical treatment and 44 children who were operated according to the developed method in combination with ozone therapy and the use of lymphogenous technology. Transition to the chronic form in the control group was 13.4%, and in the primary group 6.8%.
