Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is considered to be one of the most prevalent joint disease worldwide, which mainly affects the middle aged to elderly population. We report a case of 35year old male with bilateral hip osteoarthritis who was treated with physical therapy intervention. The intervention consisted of manual therapy techniques, stretching, strengthening for hip, knee and lumbar spine. The patient showed a significant improvement in range of motion, periarticular muscle strength, gait and mobility
