Abstract
In order to study the effectiveness of the combined use of ultrasonic inhalation (nebulizer therapy) in the complex treatment of patients with reflux-induced asthma (RIA), depending on the composition of the refluxate, 39 patients were studied. Conducted clinical, functional, cytological studies and ph metrics. In the main group, 27 patients were prescribed ultrasonic alkaline inhalation. After treatment, in patients with RIA with acid refluxate, clinical indicators improved, and the function of external respiration returned to normal. Stimulation of the body's cellular defense was also observed, and the microbial contamination of the pharynx decreased.
