Abstract

Objective: This study was carried out to evaluate the Kegel Exercise training efficacy given to women diagnosed with urinary incontinence and to develop the “Evaluation of the Usefulness and Applicability of Kegel Exercise Training Scale” and to test its validity reliability. Methods:The study, which was planned methodologically and experimentally with pre-test and post-test, was carried out on 105 women with urinary incontinence between March and July 2017.
