For this reason, after running the diagnostic test, 33 students were chosen among third grade elementary school dyslexic students with depression disorder through random cluster sampling method. Afterwards, they were placed in experimental and control groups randomly. The participants in the experimental group received training in strategies for working memory in 15 sessions. Eventually, the obtained data were analyzed using statistical covariance analysis. The results demonstrated that the reading performance of students in the experimental group significantly improved compared to the control group.
