Summary
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common type of arthritis with knee being the most affected joint. Most common symptoms of OA are pain, reduced balance, muscle weakness, decreased Range of Motion, and joint instability Beissner et al [1]. All these affect performances of activities of daily living (ADL) Kwon et al [2]. One of the methods is aquatic therapy.
