Abstract

Implementation of technical transformation measures for anti-ice damage of overhead lines can effectively reduce the occurrence of power grid accidents, which are important means to ensure the safety and stable operation of power grid and to improve the operation level of equipment. This paper firstly sorts out the mechanism of the occurrence of ice damage on overhead lines and common protective measures. Then, from the four aspects of ice damage trip, ice damage failure outrage, ice damage risk index and unit investment reducing loss benefits, an evaluation index system is proposed. Finally, DARE-RSR, a new method, is used to evaluate the effects of the technical transformation projects. To evaluate the anti-icing effect, firstly, the evaluation index system should be constructed and the anti-icing damage attribute of the system should be determined; then the index weight should be determined according to the DARE method; then the index values can be calculated to obtain the original data matrix; The uniformization process is performed to rank each evaluation object; finally, the weighted RSR of each evaluation object is calculated, and the ice damage is analyzed in combination with the evaluation result.
