Abstract

The purpose of this study is aim to research Born Global Firms’ core competitiveness related to internal financial structure and leadership behaviors. As an innovation to traditional international enterprises, the development of Born Global Firms is getting more and more researchers’ attention. However, it is difficult to make an effective evaluation in this area because of lacking empirical methods in the current research situation. This paper will base on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model to evaluate the current Born Global Firms’ financial structure and leadership behaviors. There are two first-level evaluation indicators and six second-level evaluation indicators in this model and taking the example of a Chinese Born Global firms to make research. The empirical results prove the effectiveness of this method which is proposed in this paper.
