Many different laws are being to be considered to meet the requirement for the production of automobiles, which laws are diverse on each country. So, the laws were compared and analyzed in order to make an optimizing drawing in the field of seat. A test method and FEM (finite element method) were performed for the seat according to the seat belt anchorage strength test process. Major parts of seats were evaluated which impact on seat belt anchorage strength. This paper suggests the minimum yield stress of part which is connected to upper rail and set-bracket and rails which translocate seat to satisfy automobile safety-related laws on each country. It also describes the evaluation procedure of seat belt anchorage in FEM.
