Abstract
This research delves into the critical issues of crime reduction and police service improvement in South Africa. South Africa faces a significant challenge: high crime rates, particularly violent crime and gender-based violence. This undermines public safety and necessitates a multifaceted approach to achieve a safer society. This research explores evidence-based strategies for crime reduction and police service improvement within the South African context.
