The concept like employee engagement (EE) is rapidly gaining popularity in the workplace. To meet the challenges resulting from global competitiveness, they need to demonstrate worldclass performance, re-examine the drivers of organisational performance through employee engagement. Human capital is a key asset distinctly different from other assets of the firms.
