Effective communication with beginners in the educational institution

Abstract

The school is a institution in which the organizational climate has a major importance and is an essential variable that influences the quality of its activity, the successes of the actors involved, the well-being of teachers, generations of valuable people. Therefore, a society with a well-targeted educational process is in fact a society open to innovation and success. It is known that in an attemp to establish an open Society great efforts and contributions from every member personally and collectively are demanded. The Moldovan society trends to build such siciety as well and the legislative framework and the normative acts in force confirm this. With all this, the existent reality is far from being considered as a society where the necessary measures are on their way to be implemented. We would rather speak about the necessity to prepare socially aware citizens, members of the governmental and non-governmental institutions. It is the person with his level of education and its system of values who is able to generate ideas about the foundation of an Open Society. In this context ther should be taken into consideration the following: - the utilization of modalities to prepare the young generations at univarsities through communication and academic mobility; - the involvement of non-governmental organizations in promoting the Open Society in order to help youth find their own identity in this changing society.
