Abstract
We prove an effective version of Noriâs connectivity theorem using Koszul cohomology computations. We apply this result to study the cycle class, Abel-Jacobi and regulator maps and the nonvanishing of certain Griffiths groups for complete intersections in projective spaces, abelian varieties and quadrics.
