Abstract
To evaluate a novel continuous-use regimen of oral levonorgestrel (LNG) 90 μg/ethinyl estradiol (EE) 20 μg for its ability to inhibit ovulation, the time to return to ovulation after stopping treatment, and safety. This is the first study to evaluate ovarian suppression and return of ovulation after continuous combined oral contraceptive (COC) use for at least 3 cycles.
