Abstract

Varicoceles are the most frequent physical abnormality found in infertile men and surgical ligation of spermatic vein is generally accepted as the treatment of choice for this condition. The aim of this study is to assess the treatment outcome and the benefits after varicocelectomy in men with nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA) and severe oligospermia.
