Abstract

Objective To probe into the clinical application value of transitional nursing intervention in patients with malignant lymphoma. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 100 patients with malignant lymphoma were selected in our hospital as clinical subjects. The selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method. The patients with malignant lymphoma in the control group were given general routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given transitional nursing intervention based on the control group. The psychological status, quality of life, satisfaction of patients with malignant lymphoma in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, SAS score and SDS score of patients with malignant lymphoma in the observation group [(46.60±5.77) points, (48.79±5.98) points] decreased significantly, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); the scores of each item of SF-36 scale (physiology, physiological function, physical disease, general health status, energy, social function, emotional function, and mental health) of patients with malignant lymphoma in the observation group improved significantly, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); the very satisfaction rate of patients with malignant lymphoma in the observation group was 59.32% (35/59) and the total satisfaction rate was 96.61% (57/59), which were higher than those in the control group, the dissatisfaction rate was 3.39% (2/59), which was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The transitional nursing intervention has great clinical significance for eliminating negative psychology, improving quality of life, and improving satisfaction for patients with malignant lymphoma.
