Za dobijanje alginatnih mikročestica metodom elektrostatičke ekstruzije [20-23] korišćen je 1.5% rastvor natrijum alginata. Rastvor za dobijanje alginatnih mikročestica obloženih hitozanom napravljen je rastvaranjem L – askorbinske kiseline u destilovanoj vodi i dodavanjem hitozana, nakon čega je primenjena već pomenuta metoda
