Abstract

We have experimentally studied the dependence of the kinetics of preexplosion conductivity (σ) and luminescence intensity (I) on the energy of the initiating laser pulse. The rates of the σ and I buildup in the initial stage of the induction period increase with the laser pulse energy, while the values of preexplosion conductivity and luminescence intensity on the plateau are independent of this energy.
