Abstract

We investigate the influence of the initial laser phase on theinteraction between relativistic electron and ultra-intense linearpolarized laser field in a strong uniform magnetic field. It is foundthat the dynamic behaviour of the relativistic electron and the emissionspectrum varies dramatically with different initial laser field phases. The effect of changing initial phase is contrary in the two parameterregions divided by the resonance condition. The phase dependence of theelectron energy and velocity components are also studied. Some beatstructure is found when the initial laser phase is zero and thisstructure is absent when the initial laser phase is a quarter of a period.
