Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the diet intervention in preventing the recurrence of the patients with pancreatitis by using Meta-analysis.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) on the diet intervention in preventing the recurrence of pancreatitis were collected by computer using the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Chinese Science Technology Periodical Database (VIP),Wanfang Periodical Database,PubMed and FMRS,and analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software.Results Five RCTs were included in the study.All were Chinese articles.The results of Meta-analysis revealed that the recurence rate of pancreatitis in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group [OR=0.15,95％CI(0.07,0.34)],the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Diet intervention can reduce the recurrence rate of the patients with pancreatitis.
