Abstract

Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of target-controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil on hemodynamics changes during the laparoscopic surgery. Methods Eighty-six patients who experienced the laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into conventional group and observation group according to the registration number, with 43 cases in each group. The conventional group took remifentanil, the observation group underwent the target-controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil. The postoperative recovery, hemodynamics before and after pneumoperitoneum and at extubation were observed, while intraoperative and postoperative adverse event rate in the two groups were counted. Results The times of extubation, orientation recovery, awakening and autonomous respiration in observation group were shorter than those in conventional group (P<0.05); the adverse event rate in observation group (4.7%) was significantly lower than that in conventional group (14.0%, P<0.05); before and after pneumoperitoneum and at extubation, the blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were more stable than those in conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusions During the laparoscopic surgery, the target-controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil has a better anesthesia effect and higher safety, and can maintains the stability of hemodynamics.
