Abstract

In the present work, the ground states phase diagrams of superlattice materials with two configurations spins-3/2 and 2 have been studied using Monte Carlo simulations. We have also given the total, partial magnetizations and magnetic susceptibilities of superlattice materials for different magnetic parameters. The effect of surface and bulk exchange interactions and crystal field has been investigated. The magnetic hysteresis cycles of superlattice materials have been found with different values of size, exchange interactions and temperatures.
