Abstract
ABSTRACTThis article examines the environmental impact of different commercial supermarket refrigeration systems on the energy and water consumption. The research uses industry standard EnergyPlus building models to compare the environmental impact of air and evaporative cooling methods for the condensers. The energy simulation covers all microclimate regions across California.
