Abstract
Objective To study the effect of sufentanil on subarachnoid block in spinal anesthesia for cesarean section ropivacaine. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital,90 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received 15 mg of ropivacaine anesthesia, the experimental group was given 10 μ g of sufentanyl anesthesia on the basis of the control group. We compared and observed the anesthetic effect (sensory block the time to Bromage score three points and OAA/S score). Results The maternal feeling fast blockade reached Bromage score 3 OAA/S score better indicators than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reactions of two sets showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Two sets of maternal surgery had reduced mean arterial pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, and before anesthesia, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In maternal surgery experimental group, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were all higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil has a positive effect on the cesarean section ropivacaine subarachnoid block, which has a better analgesic effect and a high level of security,it is a better anesthesia method.
