Abstract

CuInS2 (CIS) thin films are prepared by the successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method (SILAR) by single cationic route under two different conditions (without stirring and with stirring). The effect of stirring on the structural, optical, compositional and morphological properties of the prepared Cu-rich CuInS2 thin films has been studied and reported in this paper.
