Abstract

Proteins are the critical molecules in biological system of human. More and more scientists study the proteins by single-molecular sensing. Nanopore, as a novel single-molecular tool, has been applied in many fields such as DNA sequencing, protein molecules detection and human diseases diagnosis. In this paper, we investigated the translocation of Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) under electric field by solid-state nanopore. Different solution will effect probabilities of BSA translocation and the duration time because of the different ions' binding ability with biomolecules. Different pH of solution will effect BSA unfolding. The solution with higher or lower pH would change the unfolding start voltage.
