Abstract

This paper reports the applicability of the inverse Meyer–Neldel rule between the pre-exponential factor and activation energy of non-isothermal crystallization of Se96In4 chalcogenide glass under the influence of slow neutron irradiation, for different exposure times. The change in the kinetic parameters of the crystallization (crystallization temperature Tc, rate of crystallization K, activation energy of crystallization Ec and order parameter n) is studied using a differential scanning calorimeter.
