Effect of shenfu injection on the electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of shenfu on ST segment and cardiac arrhythmia of the electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome. Methods 50 cases of cerebral cardiac syndrome patients were randomized into two groups, namely con-trolled group(C group) and shenfu treatment group(SF group),each consisting of 25 patients.Shenfu injection (10 ml/d) were administrated 7 days after patients were charged. The changes of ST segment and the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia were monitored during treatment.Results The changes of ST segment and the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia in SF group were signifieandy less than that in C group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shenfu injection has protec-tive effect on electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome Key words: Shenfu injection; Cerebral cardiac syndrome; Electrocardiogram
