Abstract

Evidence has been produced to show that the degrees of dieldrin resistance in various German cockroach, Blattella germanica (L.), strains can be reduced (either partially or completely) by the use of sesamex, a pyrethrin synergist. Sesamex at this concentration (10 μ g per male cockroach) was without synergistic effect against the susceptible insects.
